Alex is Head of Loyalty Strategy at TalkTalk and is accountable for end to end customer loyalty and churn. A big part of her role is using technology and data to ensure that TalkTalk's customers get the best possible experience and are aware of services that are relevant. She also is a trustee of the Young Women's Trust and talks openly about how diversity can be addressed.
